Domestic Shipping

Jim's Music keeps the items you want in stock. We also want to keep shipping costs as low as possible for you, our valued customer. Because of this, if your order contains multiple items from separate Jim's Music locations, we request up to 3 days time to transfer the product between our locations. This will ensure that your order is shipped and received all at the same time, and also will keep costs lower for you!

Orders received Before 3 pm will be processed and shipped immediately the same day to ensure that you receive your product as soon as possible. Orders received after 3 pm will be processed and shipped first thing on the following business day. In the event that the product is out of stock or back-ordered the customer will be notified immediately and shipping and billing arrangements will be discussed.

Any order in which the shipping and billing address are not the same may require additional time and verification before delivery will take place. 

International Shipping


We currently only ship to the lower 48 states through our Website. If you are interested in purchasing we will accept Payment by Wire-Transfer only and free shipping will not be available. If you are still interested please forward your address for shipping charges and we will get back to as soon as possible with a shipping quote.

*Not all products are eligible for International shipping due to Manufacturers request.


Returns


Jim's Music offers a 7 day Return policy on all items purchased.  Consignment items cannot be returned. In the case that you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact a salesman so that we can issue a Return Authorization. Purchaser is Responsible for Shipping both directions a 20% restocking fee may be applicable.
